1. Digital Products

All products available on Meshon3D are digital 3D model files. Once a file has been purchased and successfully downloaded, the transaction is considered final. Therefore, no cancellations or refunds will be provided for delivered digital products.

2. Failed or Incomplete Orders

• If payment has been deducted but the purchased file is not available in your customer account page, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase.
• Our team will review the transaction and, upon verification, we will either:
  • Make the file available for download in your account, or
  • Send the file to your registered email address, or
  • Process a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
