• After successful payment, digital files are typically available for download within 10–20 seconds.
• Customers may access purchased files anytime in their account purchase history.

4. Failed Deliveries

If your payment was successful but your file is not visible in your account, please contact us within 14 days. We will either restore the download link or send the file directly to your registered email address.
